Feature(s):

A HUGE atrium for stack ventilation (link to stack ventilation)
the bank has lent $17 billion to fossil fuel projects since 2008 (link market forces) so the stack ventillation's got its work cut out for it

Built from cross-laminated timber (much less C02 released from production)

Brise-soleil (walk around all sides of the building and see how the brise-soleil is shaped differently to accommodate the sun across the day)
